Warranty Policy

At Insulation Ninjas, we stand behind the quality of our work. All insulation services we provide are covered under the following 3-Year Limited Warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation quality for a period of three (3) year from the date of service completion.
If any issues arise due to improper installation during this period, we will repair or correct the work at no cost to the customer.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, alterations, or lack of proper home maintenance.
Damage caused by water intrusion, roof leaks, plumbing leaks, flooding, or other external causes.
Pest infestations (rodents, insects, etc.) after installation.
Normal settling, shifting of structures, or environmental changes.
Work performed by other contractors after our service is completed.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customer must notify Insulation Ninjas in writing within a reasonable time after discovering a potential defect.
Customer must allow us access to inspect and, if necessary, repair the issue.

4. Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective insulation or workmanship.
We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages, including property damage or energy costs.

5. Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original customer and is not transferable to new property owners.

6. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the work was performed.

Insulation Ninjas is committed to delivering quality service and standing by our work. This warranty gives our customers peace of mind and ensures that every project meets our high standards.

Referral Program:

Insulation Ninjas Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Insulation Ninjas Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Referral reward amount: Eligible referrers may receive up to a $100 gift card for each qualified referral that results in a completed and fully paid insulation project.
No payment until job is completed and paid: Referral rewards are not earned, owed, or payable until the referred customer’s project has been fully completed, final payment has been received by Insulation Ninjas, and all customer balances have cleared.
Qualified referral required: A qualified referral must be a new customer who has not previously contacted, hired, received an estimate from, or been entered into the Insulation Ninjas system within the last 12 months.
Referral form must be completed first: The referral must be submitted through the official referral form before the referred customer schedules, books, or purchases services. Referrals submitted after the customer has already contacted Insulation Ninjas may not qualify.
Accurate information required: The referrer must provide complete and accurate contact information for both themselves and the referred customer. Incomplete, incorrect, duplicate, or unverifiable submissions may be denied.
One reward per referred customer/property: Only one referral reward may be issued per referred customer, household, business, or property address, regardless of how many people submit the same referral.
First valid submission wins: If multiple people refer the same customer, the reward will be issued only to the first eligible referrer on record, as determined solely by Insulation Ninjas.
Customer must purchase qualifying work: The referred customer must purchase and complete a qualifying insulation service. Free inspections, consultations, estimates, canceled jobs, unpaid jobs, warranty work, service calls, or non-revenue visits do not qualify for a referral reward.
No self-referrals: Customers may not refer themselves, their own household, their own business, or a property they own or control for the purpose of receiving a referral reward.
Employees and representatives: Employees, contractors, sales representatives, paid marketers, business partners, and anyone already compensated by Insulation Ninjas may not qualify for referral rewards unless approved in writing by ownership.
No spam or misrepresentation: Referrers may not use spam, false advertising, misleading claims, unauthorized discounts, fake reviews, fake identities, paid lead lists, or deceptive marketing to generate referrals.
No guarantee of reward: Submission of a referral does not guarantee payment. Insulation Ninjas reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny any referral that does not meet these terms.
Reward delivery: Approved referral rewards will be issued as a gift card after the referred customer’s project is completed and paid in full. Processing time may vary.
Reward type may vary: Insulation Ninjas reserves the right to determine the gift card type, vendor, delivery method, and timing. Cash payments are not guaranteed unless approved in writing.
Taxes and reporting: Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes, reporting obligations, or legal requirements related to receiving referral rewards.
Non-transferable: Referral rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged, assigned, sold, or combined with other offers unless approved by Insulation Ninjas.
Fraud prevention: Insulation Ninjas may deny, delay, cancel, revoke, or withhold any reward if fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate submissions, suspicious activity, customer cancellation, chargeback, refund, non-payment, payment dispute, or violation of these terms is suspected.
Customer privacy: Referrers must have permission to share the referred customer’s information. By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have permission for Insulation Ninjas to contact the referred customer.
Program changes, cancellation, and non-binding status: Insulation Ninjas reserves the full right to modify, pause, cancel, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This Referral Program is a voluntary promotional program only and is not intended to create any legally binding contract, promise, obligation, employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, franchise relationship, or sales representative relationship. Referral rewards are discretionary and subject to final approval by Insulation Ninjas.
Final decision: All referral eligibility decisions are made solely by Insulation Ninjas and are final.
Company standards: This program is intended to support honest referrals and professional customer service consistent with Insulation Ninjas’ standards of integrity, efficiency, and discipline.
